The Blisspod Bergen is a two-person full-spectrum infrared sauna with an extra-large red light panel positioned to face you directly — the centerpiece of a genuinely premium cabin. Darker laminate exterior panels and lighter Canadian Hemlock interior walls give it an artistic, two-tone look, finished with no toxic paint.
What "full spectrum" means here. The Bergen combines near, mid, and far-infrared across six low-EMF heaters, plus a dedicated front-facing red light panel — the full infrared range in one cabin, which is what sets full-spectrum saunas apart from single-band units. It's an experience designed around warmth, light, and ambiance.

Before you buy: the Bergen runs on a 120V, 20-amp circuit — plan for a dedicated 20A outlet and have a licensed electrician verify the circuit. It ships freight on a pallet (around 342 lb across three boxes), so allow for freight delivery and a clear path indoors.
