Shipping Information

Shipping Coverage Everwell Essence offers complimentary white-glove delivery to all addresses within the continental United States. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or international destinations.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your sauna has shipped. Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Delivery Timeframe Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days after order processing. White-glove delivery includes:

Delivery to your room of choice Unpacking and placement Packaging material removal Basic setup assistance Delivery Requirements To ensure successful delivery, please ensure:

A clear path from entrance to installation location (minimum 36" wide) Adequate ceiling height (minimum 7'6") Someone 18 years or older present to receive delivery Parking available for delivery truck within 50 feet of entrance Freight Damage Please inspect your sauna upon delivery. If you notice any damage, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately at support@everwellessence.com or 260-286-8438. Do not refuse the shipment without contacting us first.

Shipping Delays While rare, delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you immediately of any delays and provide updated delivery estimates.

International Shipping We do not currently offer international shipping. For customers outside the United States, please contact us at international@everwellessence.com to discuss potential arrangements.
